BRITS Boutique LLC sells secondhand and reused clothing items. Due to the nature of our products, each item is unique and may show signs of previous wear.

3. Product Condition and Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions for every item. However, all reused clothing is sold "as-is", and slight imperfections or signs of wear may be present. We make no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in the product description.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure payments via Shopify’s supported payment methods. By purchasing a product, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. We ship domestically and internationally where permitted. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of secondhand clothing, all sales are final unless an item arrives significantly different from its description.

If you believe you've received an incorrect or misrepresented item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@britsboutique.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item.

7. SMS Consent Communication

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8.Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Brits Boutique LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Clothing Drop-off scheduling 
  • Clothing pickup ready
  • Clothing payout

Example: "Hi Jane! Thank you for scheduling a drop off for your clothing. Here are the details for your drop off. When: June 5, 2025. Where: 4925 W Main St. Millersburg, OH 44654 Please reply to this number if you have any questions. See you soon! Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.

9. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per month related to your type of messages provided in section 8.

10. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

11. Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Brits Boutique LLC in the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation, 
  • By submitting an online form, or 
  • By filling out a paper form

12. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
